All shipping prices will be calculated according to weight and distance. Disclaimer once orders have been dropped off at post office it is no longer under our control. We do not determine the length of time in which your candles will arive . The estimated time the post office gives us is what we give you

Return & Exchange Policy
If there is a malfunction in our candles such as arrived without a wick or wrong scent than the one ordered or missing item we will replace candles at zero charge. You must show proof of malfunction along with claim to exchange. If you receive a candle and dislike the scent we can exchange it but you will be respoinsible for the return shipping cost as well as resending it. If you are local and would like an exchange just get in contact. Exchanges will only be made if others are in stock or we will credit you the money
